Yes. TruSeal Signings offers before-hours, after-hours, and weekend appointments as optional add-ons during booking. These timeframes include early-morning and late-night availability to fit your schedule.

For Remote Online Notarizations (RON): please send your documents at least 30–60 minutes before your appointment.
For Mobile Appointments: if printing is required, documents must be received the night before to allow time for preparation and accuracy. - 
      
        
      
      
If all signers are not present, TruSeal Signings may complete the portion of the signing that’s ready and return later to finish the notarization.
A wait fee applies if the notary must wait for other signers or travel to a separate location to complete the process. - 
      
        
      
      
It depends on your situation:
Remote Online Notarization (RON) is best if you want to complete your documents digitally from anywhere, especially if you live outside our local service areas or only need a single document or simple notarization completed quickly. It’s fast, secure, and fully recognized across all 50 states.
Mobile Notary Services are ideal if you prefer an in-person signing or if your documents must be physically signed, stamped, or delivered.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Individual clients pay in full when booking their appointment.
Companies receive an invoice through the same system, due within 15 days of completed services.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by following the link in your confirmation email.
Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. -
