Policies & Client Guidelines

At TruSeal Signings, we’re committed to providing professional, timely, and secure notarization services. These policies ensure a smooth experience for every client, whether your appointment is online or in person.

Document Submission

Documents must be ready before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Remote Online Notarizations (RON): Documents must be received at least 30–60 minutes before the appointment.

  • Mobile Appointments: If printing is required, documents must be received the night before the appointment.
    Failure to provide documents within these timeframes will result in a fee to cover preparation and scheduling delays.

Appointment Readiness

All signers must be present at the scheduled appointment time with a valid, unexpired government-issued ID.
If TruSeal Signings must wait for additional signers beyond the scheduled appointment time, or if the notary must travel to a separate location to meet additional signers, an additional fee will apply to cover the extended time and travel.

Appointment Policy

For mobile notary appointments, all parties must be prepared to sign upon the notary’s arrival.
If signers are not ready, a wait fee may apply to compensate for the extended time on-site.

Before-Hours, After-Hours & Weekend Add-Ons

Before-hours, after-hours, and weekend appointments are available as add-on services when booking online.
Clients selecting these options agree to applicable service fees, which are clearly displayed during scheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge when proper notice is given.

Identification Requirements

A valid, unexpired U.S. government-issued photo ID is required for every signer.
The name on the ID must match the name on the document being notarized.

Payment Policy

TruSeal Signings accepts secure online payments through Stripe for all services.

  • Individual Clients: Payment is required in full at the time of booking and must be received before the appointment to confirm scheduling.

  • Business & Company Clients: Invoices will be issued through the same secure processing system. All invoices must be paid in full within 15 days of completed services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in a late fee or suspension of future scheduling privileges.

Privacy & Confidentiality

TruSeal Signings protects all client documents and personal information.
We never share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or for verification of a lawful notarial act.

Professional Conduct

TruSeal Signings adheres to all Tennessee notarial laws and standards of professional ethics.
Improper, fraudulent, or incomplete documents may be refused for notarization at our discretion.

Client Agreement

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to these policies.
